<p>The Game Changers Playbook is a collection of&nbsp;Saskatchewan Ministry of Education recommended resources that are evidence-based and curriculum linked which will be used to empower youth to reach out for help if they need it, equip them to be resilient and empower them to look after their mental wellness.</p>



<p>The following leading youth mental wellness organizations are providing the resources to all schools in the province for no cost. Schools can book a session with one or more of the organizations listed below or apply for a youth grant through the Game Changers Playbook web page. These resources are available to access and schedule a session with the organizations listed below. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>SaskTel Be Kind Online has created a series of short mental wellness videos, specifically on anxiety. The videos target different age categories:</p>
