Privacy and Access in Saskatchewan Schools

Resources were developed regarding The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (LAFOIP) to help Saskatchewan school divisions clearly understand the legislation concerning privacy and access. Issues such as collection, retention and disposal of records, custody and access, social media, privacy breaches, and an overview of privacy legislation are addressed.
