St. Kateri Mental Health & Wellness Day

St. Kateri School organized a Mental Wellness Day for Grades 5–8, offering activities like yoga, art therapy, mindfulness, coping workshops, drumming, and movement therapy. These sessions helped reduce stress and anxiety, encouraged emotional expression, and taught valuable coping and teamwork skills. The event enhanced students’ focus, resilience, and sense of community.
