Boys & Girls Club 2025
The Boys and Girls Groups have been busy fostering teamwork, cooperation, and positive relationships through fun, hands-on activities. Students work together on STEM and LEGO challenges, building miniature towns and creative structures while practicing communication and decision-making.
The club used card games help teach sportsmanship and teamwork, and group journaling and discussions encourage empathy and kindness. A key component of the program was fostering a connection with the land. Outdoor play and a recent field trip to St. Cyr near Meadow Lake offered everyone a chance to connect with nature and strengthen community ties. Families joined in for a hot dog roast and a day of exploring.
Through these meaningful experiences, the Boys and Girls Groups are helping students grow in cooperation, resilience, creativity, and friendship, making learning enjoyable and memorable.
